A Visa, JCB, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card is required at the time of booking. Payment will be processed prior to the tour as follows: one to five guests – 24 hours; six to ten guests – 48 hours; eleven or more and private charters –  72 hours. If you’d like to make alternate arrangements for payments to be collected the day of the tour (cash or traveler’s checks) please make a note in your reservation and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Please provide your cell phone number and local accommodations so that we may contact you in the event of last minute itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather or emergencies. While cancellations and changes are rare, we are usually able to accommodate everyone as long as we have a way to contact them.

Our tours have minimum ages and/or physical requirements (please refer to the TIPS & FAQS section of our website for more information). When booking online please read the requirements and restrictions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We are unable to refund cancellations due to guests not meeting minimum requirements.

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Full price will be charged for cancellations and “no shows” unless we receive prior notice before your scheduled tour as follows: One to five guests – 24 hours; six to ten guests – 48 hours; eleven or more and private charters – 72 hours.
