Payment
A  credit card  is required at the time of booking.
We accept: Visa, JCB, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

Payment will be processed prior to the tour as follows:

• one to five guests – 24 hours;
• six to ten guests – 48 hours;
• eleven or more and private charters –  72 hours.

Please provide your email address, cell phone number and local accommodations so that we may contact you in the event of last-minute itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather or emergencies. While cancellations and changes are rare, we are usually able to accommodate everyone as long as we have a way to contact them. See our privacy policy.

Minimum [ages and/or physical] requirements.

• Minimum age is 5 years old. Youths under age 14 must have an adult accompany them on the tour.
• Each individual rider is limited to a maximum of 300 pounds.

Refund Policy
We are unable to refund cancellations due to guests not meeting minimum requirements.

Refunds offered for prior notice before your scheduled tour as follows:

• One to five guests – 24 hours;
• six to ten guests – 48 hours;
• eleven or more and private charters – 72 hours.

Participation Agreement
All guests must sign a Participation Agreement prior to participating in the tour.
